Residents cannot place Brush or Bulk items out for collection more than nine days prior to the Monday of their scheduled week of collection and Brush or Bulk items must be on the Homeowner's property. It is not permitted to place any Brush or Bulk trash in front of common areas or any other lot without explicit permission.
